Joint Use Facilities definition

Joint Use Facilities means those works, including reservoirs, canals, ditches, natural streams in which the irri- gation entity has rights of conveyance under RCW 90.03.030, hydroelectric facilities, pumping stations, drainage works, reserved works as may be transferred by contracts with the United States, and system interties that are determined by the board of joint control to provide common benefit to its mem- bers.
Joint Use Facilities means equipment, identified as Joint Use Facilities in Part 1 of Schedule “D”, attached hereto and incorporated herein, as amended from time to time, which are owned by Landlord or Tenant and which are used for both generation operations and transmission and/or distribution systems and are, therefore, jointly-operated by Landlord and Tenant.
Joint Use Facilities means those facilities of the State Water Project which are jointly owned, operated, and maintained by the State and the United States Bureau of Reclamation.

  • Developer and National Grid shall, to ensure the operational reliability of the New York State Transmission System, jointly operate the Joint Use Facilities listed in Section 4 of Appendix C of this Agreement in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement, with NYISO tariffs and procedures, and with National Grid requirements as such requirements are set forth in Section 3 of Appendix C of this Agreement.

  • Ensure that appropriate coordination occurs regarding the operation of Joint Use Facilities.

  • Each Party agrees to perform joint inspections of the Joint Use Facilities one year from the Closing Date, and annually thereafter, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon.

  • Further, the CITY shall be responsible for any and all damages to property which is alleged to have arisen from CITY use or sponsorship of Joint Use Facilities subject to this Agreement.

  • Upon 24 hours’ notice, and during Customer’s normal business hours, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays, RGE shall, at its own expense, have the right to inspect or observe all maintenance activities, equipment tests, installation work, construction work, and modification work to the generating equipment component of the Plant, the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and/or the Joint Use Facilities owned by Customer.

Joint Use Facilities means those facilities of the Enterprise which are utilized by or beneficial to all Members, comprising LAVWMA’s junction structure, regulating reservoirs, export pump station, export pipeline, metering and sampling station, and capacity in the EBDA Interceptor.
Joint Use Facilities means equipment, identified as Joint Use Facilities in Schedule A, as amended from time to time, which are owned by either the Owners or the Buyer and which are primarily used for generation operations but are also essential to the operational reliability of the Transmission Systems and are, therefore, jointly-operated by the Owners and the Buyer.
