  • Web Host further represents and warrants that it has sufficient information to make an informed decision as to the extent to which it chooses to rely on the information in a digital certificate issued within the GeoTrust PKI, that it is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to rely on such information, and that it shall bear the legal consequences of its failure to perform any obligations it might have as a Relying Party under the applicable Relying Party Agreement.

  • Certificates provided under this Subscriber Agreement are issued within the GeoTrust PKI.

  • Certificates issued within the GeoTrust PKI are not designed, intended, or authorized for use or resale as control equipment in hazardous circumstances or for uses requiring fail-safe performance such as the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control systems, or weapons control systems, where failure could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage.
