German Share Pledge Agreement definition

German Share Pledge Agreement means the German law share pledge agreement (Geschäftsanteilsverpfändungsvertrag) in relation to all the shares in German Borrower between, inter alios, Collateral Agent and the Lenders as pledgees and the Parent as pledgor.

German Share Pledge Agreement means any document creating a security interest over the shares in each German Loan Party, in favor of the European Collateral Agent in a form approved by the European Collateral Agent.

German Share Pledge Agreement means the agreement relating to the junior ranking pledge over the shares in Toys “R” Us GmbH held by TRU (UK) H8 Limited.
