Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
Information Technology means computer hardware, software and networks;

New Technology means any invention, discovery, improvement, or innovation that was not available to the District on the effective date of the contract, whether or not patentable, including, but not limited to, new processes, emerging technology, machines, and improvements to or new applications of existing processes, machines, manufactures and software.
