GHG Emissions Performance Target definition
GHG Emissions Performance Target means attaining Diversified Energy Company Plc’s target set forth in the Sustainability Framework to achieve a reduction in Diversified Energy Company Plc’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions intensity to 2.85 MT CO2e/MMcfe for the Observation Period as certified by the External Verifier.
GHG Emissions Performance Target means achieving at least a 70% reduction in GHG Emissions as of the GHG Emissions Target Observation Date as compared to the Baseline.
