Target Observation Date definition

Target Observation Date means for any Reporting Year (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Reference Year), 31 December in the previous calendar year;
Target Observation Date means the date falling one month prior to the Maturity Date, provided that if such date is not a Business Day, it shall mean the next proceeding Business Day.
Target Observation Date means December 31, 2030.
