Examples of Gilead Sub in a sentence

  • Thereafter a member designated by BMS Sub and then a member designated by Gilead Sub shall serve alternately as chairperson, on a rotating annual basis from each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • For invoicing purposes, any Authorized Supply Expenses incurred in a currency other than United States Dollars shall be converted to United States Dollars from the applicable currency by Gilead Sub in a manner consistent with its then-current standard worldwide currency conversion methodology, as consistently applied.
