UPI definition

UPI means the unified payments interface which is an instant payment mechanism, developed by NPCI;

UPI means Union Pay International, an association for China's banking card industry, operating under the approval of the People's Bank of China;

In the event such transfers are unable to be completed on the same Working Day, such instructions issued by the Registrar and the BRLM to the Escrow Collection Bank, and by the Registrar and the BRLM to the SCSBs or the Sponsor Bank (who in turn shall give instructions to SCSBs, that are RIBs’ banks for debit/collect requests in case of applications by UPI mechanism), as applicable, shall be valid for the next Working Day.
The Company and / or the Selling Shareholder will make the payment only to the Sponsor Bank, which in turn shall make the requisite payments to the NPCI and the SCSBs where the accounts of the Bidders, linked to their UPI ID, are held.

UPI shall have the meaning as given in the November 2018 Circular and means an instant payment system developed by the NPCI;
