Gippsland Transferred Employee definition

Gippsland Transferred Employee means a person who was an academic, professional or trades employee of Monash University at the Gippsland Campus on 31 December 2013 and who became a Federation University employee on 1 January 2014.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).
