Global Service Provider definition

Global Service Provider means a Service Provider who is located outside of the United States, who is not compensated from a payroll maintained in the United States, or who is otherwise subject to (or could cause the Company to be subject to) legal, tax or regulatory requirements of countries outside of the United States.
Global Service Provider has the meaning assigned thereto in the preamble;
