Global Warrant Certificate means a global Warrant Certificate in definitive form, with the global legend set forth in the form of Warrant Certificate, which is deposited with the Depositary or with the Custodian.

Global Warrant Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3(b) hereof.

Global Warrant Certificate means any certificate representing Warrants satisfying the requirements set forth in Section 2.04.

Neither the Company nor the Warrant Agent, in its capacity as registrar for such Warrants, will have any responsibility or liability for any aspect of the records relating to beneficial interests in a Global Warrant Certificate or for maintaining, supervising or reviewing any records relating to such beneficial interests.
Such signature by the Warrant Agent upon any Global Warrant Certificate executed by the Company shall be conclusive evidence that such Global Warrant Certificate so countersigned has been duly issued hereunder.

More Definitions of Global Warrant Certificate

Global Warrant Certificate means the global Warrant Certificate in respect of such Warrants held through CDP, in such number as required by CDP, which will be deposited with CDP;

Global Warrant Certificate means evidence of Warrants in the form of a global certificate registered in the name of Cede & Co., with the forms of election to exercise and of assignment printed on the reverse thereof, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.
