Collective Agreement means a written agreement concerning terms and conditions of employment or any other matter of mutual interest concluded by one or more registered trade unions, on the one hand and, on the other hand-
Collective dose means the sum of the individual doses received in a given period of time by a specified population from exposure to a specified source of radiation.
Administrative Agreement means the agreement described in subsection 1.2 (1); (“accord d’application”)
Credit Enhancement Agreements means, collectively, any documents, instruments, guarantees or agreements entered into by the Company, any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, or any Receivables Entity for the purpose of providing credit support for one or more Receivables Entities or any of their respective securities, debt instruments, obligations or other Indebtedness.
Mandate Agreement means the mandate agreement entered into, on or about the date hereof between the Representative of the Covered Bondholders and the Guarantor.
Specified Cash Management Agreement any agreement providing for treasury, depositary or cash management services, including in connection with any automated clearing house transfers of funds or any similar transactions between the Borrower or any Guarantor and any Lender or affiliate thereof.
Cooperative Agreement means a Financial Assistance instrument used by DOE to transfer money or property when the principal purpose of the transaction is to accomplish a public purpose of support or stimulation authorized by Federal statute, and Substantial Involvement (see definition below) is anticipated between DOE and the Applicant during the performance of the contemplated activity.
Master Services Agreement means the master services agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Service Providers, the Partnership, BBP, the Holding Entities and others;
Secured Cash Management Agreement means any Cash Management Agreement that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Cash Management Bank.
Specified Acquisition Agreement Representations means the representations made by or on behalf of or relating to the Target, its subsidiaries or their respective businesses in the Acquisition Agreement as are material to the interests of the Lenders, but only to the extent that Vertical/Trigen (or any of its applicable Affiliates) has the right to terminate its (or their) obligations under the Acquisition Agreement or decline to consummate the Acquisition as a result of the breach of such representations in the Acquisition Agreement.
Selective contracting arrangement means an arrangement in which a health service corporation participates in selective contracting with one or more providers, and which arrangement contains reasonable benefit differentials, including, but not limited to, predetermined fee or reimbursement rates for covered benefits applicable to participating and nonparticipating providers.
Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.
Administrative Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
