Gold Ranch RV Resort definition

Gold Ranch RV Resort means the 105 space recreational vehicle park operated by Gold Ranch RV Resort, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, on the RV Park Property, together with all improvements and furniture, fixtures and equipment used in conjunction therewith.
