Good Mining Practice definition

Good Mining Practice means the application of those methods and practices customarily used in good and prudent International mining practice with that degree of diligence and prudence reasonably and ordinarily exercised by capable, experienced mining operators engaged in similar activity under similar circumstances and conditions;
Good Mining Practice means the exercise of that degree of skill, care, prudence, operational and financial foresight and operating practice which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person engaged in the same type of undertaking as the Obligors under the same or similar circumstances, with the exercise of skill, care, prudence, operational and financial foresight and operating practices to be substantially in accordance with recognised best practices in the mining industry in Australia;
Good Mining Practice means those practices, methods, techniques, and standards, as changed from time to time, that are generally employed by first tier companies engaged in mining and accepted for use in the international mining industry, including with respect to the design, engineering, construction, testing, installation, operation, and maintenance of materials, equipment, earthworks, roads, buildings and other mining and related facilities and infrastructure.
