The Original Member shall have the same rights and responsibilities as every Governing Member of the Council, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Each Member shall have one (1) vote for every Governing Member vacancy (or upcoming vacancy) and may not vote more than once for any particular Nominee.
At the end of a Governing Member’s first Term within any consecutive six-year period, such Governing Member shall automatically be nominated for a subsequent three-year Term (a “Renewal Term”).
Any Governing Member can be removed from the Council in the event that at least two-thirds of the Members approve the removal of such Member.
