GP Materials definition

GP Materials means all materials and information of, or made available to Company by or on behalf of, GP, each portion thereof, all right, title and interest in and to each of the foregoing, and any other Intellectual Property of GP.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).
