GP Restructuring Agreement definition

GP Restructuring Agreement means the Contribution, Assignment and Amendment Agreement, dated as of June 27, 2001, among the Partnership, the MLP, Marketing, the General Partner, the MLP General Partner and Plains All American GP LLC.
