Grade level in reading means that a student gains adequate meaning from independently reading texts designed for instruction at that grade level.
Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
