Graduate Architect definition

Graduate Architect means a person registered under subsection 10(1);
Graduate Architect means any person registered as such under this Act and includes a graduate interior designer, graduate landscape architect, graduate architectural technologist, graduate furniture architect, graduate conservation architect or graduate naval architect;
Graduate Architect means a person who has obtained a graduation degree in architecture from a University or a deemed to be University declared under the provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or its equivalent, recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education under the All Indian Council for Technical Education Act, 1987 (3 of 1956);

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer.   • Civil engineer means a professional engineer registered in the state of California to practice in the field of civil engineering.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;

  • Resident Engineer means the representative of the Commissioner duly designated by the Commissioner to be his/her representative at the site of the Work.
