Graduate Outcomes Results. Results of the Graduate Outcomes Survey in relation to the Graduates, including responses to the core questions and Graduate Outcomes Opt-In Questions (where applicable). The format, content and delivery method shall be at the discretion of HESA.

  • Data downloaded from the Graduate Outcomes Portal will, in the majority of cases, constitute Personal Data and on download the Provider shall be the Controller and shall process the Graduate Outcomes Results in accordance with all applicable Data Protection Legislation.

Related to Graduate Outcomes Results

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Outcomes means the Health and Wellbeing Outcomes prescribed by the Scottish Ministers in Regulations under section 5(1) of the Act;

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Licensed Level means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Named User category and type is licensed -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Package is licensed; and

  • Graduate Student means a student who is in attendance at an institution of higher education and is enrolled in an academic program of instruction above the baccalaureate level. The term includes any portion of a program leading to either a degree beyond the baccalaureate, or a first professional degree when at least three years of study at the pre-baccalaureate degree level are required for entrance into a program leading to such a degree. Students admitted as special/provisional graduate students may be considered as eligible students for one term only if it is anticipated they will enroll in a regular graduate program in the following term.

  • Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.

  • DCF means Day Count Fraction;
