Grant Funding Letter definition

Grant Funding Letter means the letter the Authority issued to the Grant Recipient dated [ ], a copy of which is set out in Annex 1;
Grant Funding Letter means the letter dated 11 August 2022 from the Authority to the Recipient which sets out supplementary information in relation to the Grant, a copy of which is set out in Annex G;
Grant Funding Letter means the letter dated [insert date] from the Authority to the Recipient which sets out supplementary information in relation to the Grant, a copy of which is set out in Annex G;

More Definitions of Grant Funding Letter

Grant Funding Letter means the letter the Authority issued to the Grant Recipient to which these Conditions are attached;

Related to Grant Funding Letter

  • Participation Agreement means, with respect to each Indenture, the "Participation Agreement" referred to therein.

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.
