Grant Mechanism definition

Grant Mechanism means the provision agreed on or before 31 January 2019 between Network Rail and the Secretary of State (and approved by XXX for the purposes of Part 3A on or before 28 February 2019) setting out how the annual amounts of network grant contained in Table E2B may vary or if no such provisions are agreed and approved, such provisions as XXX may determine on or before 31 March 2019 after consulting Network Rail and the Secretary of State;
