Grant Regulations; Definitions. Section 1.01. All provisions of the Special Operations Grant Regulations of ADB, dated 7 February 2005 (the “Grant Regulations”), are hereby made applicable to this Grant Agreement with the same force and effect as if they were fully set forth herein. Section 1.02. The definitions set forth in the Grant Regulations are applicable to this Grant Agreement unless the context requires otherwise.
