GRANT SCOPE definition

GRANT SCOPE means the items listed in the GRANT SCOPE/Cost Estimate Form or acquisition documentation found in each of the APPLICATIONS submitted pursuant to this grant.

  • Performance-Based Award means any Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Award or Cash-Based Award granted to a Covered Employee that is intended to qualify as “performance-based compensation” under Section 162(m) of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target;
