Grantor Trust Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Grantor Trust Agreement evidencing a beneficial ownership interest in the Grantor Trust.

Examples of Grantor Trust Certificate in a sentence

  • The Grantor Trust Certificate shall be dated the date of its authentication.

  • The Grantor Trust Certificate surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange shall be canceled and subsequently destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the Grantor Trust Trustee or Grantor Trust Certificate Registrar in accordance with its customary practice.

  • The Grantor in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Grantor Trust Certificate and may otherwise deal with the Grantor Trust Trustee and the Grantor Trust Certificate Registrar or any of such party’s respective Affiliates as if it were not the Grantor.

  • This Section 3.4 shall be construed so that the Grantor Trust Certificate under this Agreement is at all times maintained in “registered form” within the meaning of Section 5f.103-1(c) of the United States Treasury Regulations.
