Grantor Trust Agreement definition

Grantor Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Grantor Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Grantor Trust Trustee, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Grantor Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement dated as of August 6, 2015, between the Seller, as depositor, and the Delaware Trustee, as amended and restated by the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement dated as of September 16, 2015, by and between the Issuer, as grantor, the Grantor Trust Trustee and the Delaware Trustee, as the same may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
