Gravity Sewer Main definition

Gravity Sewer Main means any sanitary sewer pipe that receives, contains, and conveys wastewater that is not normally under pressure, but is intended to flow unassisted under the influence of gravity. The Gravity Sewer Mains consist of Small Diameter Gravity Sewer Mains and Large Diameter Gravity Sewer Mains.

Gravity Sewer Main or “Gravity Sewer” shall mean a pipe that receives, contains and conveys wastewater not normally under pressure, but intended to flow unassisted under the influence of gravity.

  • public sewer map means the map made available under Section 199(5) of the 1991 Act (l);

The legitimate possession of a certificate of competency in this particular class of work issued by the Electrical Licensing Board under the Electricity Act 1994 shall be recognised as proof of efficiency.

  • Borrower Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.
