Green Tariff Shared Renewables definition

Green Tariff Shared Renewables or “GTSR” means the Green Tariff Shared Renewables Program implemented per Senate Bill (SB) 43 (Stats. 2013, ch. 413 (Wolk)) and CPUC Decision 15-01-051.
Green Tariff Shared Renewables means the a program in which a retail seller of electricity offers its customers an opportunity to purchase a portfolio of energy sourced from low-carbon intensity energy resources, including solar photovoltaic, wind, solar thermal, electricity generated from a small hydroelectric facility of 30 megawatts or less, ocean wave, ocean thermal, and tidal current. This includes the Green Tariff Shared Renewables program established pursuant to California Senate Bill 43 (2016) (2013) and defined under the California Public Utilities Code sections 2831-2833.
