Green Zone definition

Green Zone means the performance level in the column of the KPI Table titled “Green Zone”.
Green Zone means the airspace of defined dimensions above the land areas or territorial waters of India, upto a vertical distance of 400 feet or 120 metre that has not been designated as a red zone or yellow zone in the airspace map for unmanned aircraft system operations and the airspace upto a vertical distance of 200 feet or 60 metre above the area located between a lateral distance of 8 kilometre and 12 kilometre from the perimeter of an operational airport:
Green Zone means those portions of the manufacturing park (MP) and planned development industrial (PDI) zones that are located both north of South Coast Drive and west of Harbor Boulevard, excluding any portion of the South Coast Collection. “Labor peace agreement” means an agreement as set forth in section 26001 of the Business and Professions Code. “Retail storefront” and “retail non-storefront” shall mean and include only those retailers operating in full compliance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to those set forth in Title 16, Division 24, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations.

  • In the event that the reserve levels are below eight (8) months in the Active Health Fund or the Retired Employees Fund on January 1st of the evaluation year, or the Pension Plan is not certified to be in the Green Zone in the evaluation year, the benefit accrual rates for Credited Hours accumulated since the most recent increase in the pension benefit accrual rate shall remain at the rates provided in subparagraph (f)(1)(i)(A)-(C) above.

In the airspace above 400 feet (120 metre) AGL in a designated green zone and the airspace above 200 feet (60 metre) AGL in the area located between the lateral distance of 8 kilometre and 12 kilometre from the perimeter of an operational airport, the provisions of yellow zone shall apply;
