Yellow Zone definition

Yellow Zone means the performance level in the column of the KPI Table titled “Yellow Zone”.
Yellow Zone means the airspace of defined dimensions above the land areas or territorial waters of India within which unmanned aircraft system operations are restricted and shall require permission from the concerned air traffic control authority. The airspace above 400 feet or 120 metre in the designated green zone and the airspace above 200 feet or 60 metre in the area located between the lateral distance of 8 kilometre and 12 kilometre from the perimeter of an operational airport, shall be designated as yellow zone;

  • If the Estimated Balance is in the Yellow Zone, Ener- ginet may trade every Hour between 09.00 and 18.00 and within the time intervals 20.05-20.15 and 23.05-23.15 respectively.

  • In case the published value of the Accumulated System Balance is in the Yellow Zone during a specific Hour of the Gas Day, Energinet shall trade a on the within-day market at ETF on EEX.

  • The same shall apply in the event that a Shipper’s Daily Imbalance Quantity for the Gas Day is negative, the Calculated Balance is negative and in the Yellow Zone at the end of the Gas Day when Energinet has not traded at ETF on PEGAS for balancing purposes.
