Group 1 Class Members definition

Group 1 Class Members means Settlement Class Members who held at least one of the approximately 370,385 Payment Card accounts that were used at an NMG Store on a date and at a time that the Malware was actually operating in that store during the Malware Period.
Group 1 Class Members mean Class Members with serious convictions that are more likely to be job-related based on the nature and recency of the conviction, as agreed upon by the Parties.

Examples of Group 1 Class Members in a sentence

  • Persons identified on the Group 1 Class Members List will be sent a copy of the Class Notice which is attached as Exhibit B.

  • Persons not identified on the Group 1 Class Members List will be sent a copy of the Class Notice which is attached as Exhibit C, together with one pre-populated Claim Form per claim.

  • Payment to Class Members in Group 1 who do not timely request exclusion shall be paid the amount listed in the Group 1 Class Members List on or before the Claim Payment Deadline without the need to submit a Claim Form.

  • The categories are: • Group 1: Class Members who, as of December 6, 2022, did not file an individual lawsuit relating to the events of September 17, 2017 and who are not members of Groups 3 or 4.

  • In exchange for Group 1 Class Members’ Released Claims as set forth in Section IV.A, the Group 1 Class Members shall each be entitled to receive a one-time payment of $70.00 (seventy dollars), as long as they do not submit a valid opt-out.

  • Group 1: Class Members who, as of December 6, 2022, did not file an individual lawsuit relating to the events of September 17, 2017, and who are not members of Groups 3 or 4.

  • Group 1 Class Members may receive compensation only once per Computer, but may receive additional payments in the event that they purchased multiple Computers that qualify for payment.

  • Within forty-five (45) days of the Settlement Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator will issue checks for the Settlement Payments of $70.00 (seventy dollars) to the Group 1 Class Members and the pro rata amounts to Group 2 Class Members.

  • In exchange for Group 1 Class Members’ Released Claims as set forth in Section IV.A, the Group 2 Class Members shall each be entitled to receive a pro rata payment from the Net Settlement Fund minus the total payment to Group 1 Class Members, as long as they do not submit a valid opt- out.

  • In return for the Settlement Fund,21 Plaintiffs, on behalf of the proposed Settlement Class (the “Class”), agreed to22 dismiss the Litigation and unconditionally release and discharge Defendants and23 other Released Parties from all claims relating to the Litigation.24 As set forth in the Final Approval Memo at pp.7, 9, the claims period for the25 Group 1 Class Members expired on July 10, 2012.

Related to Group 1 Class Members

  • Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.

  • Participating Class Members means all Class Members who do not submit valid

  • Participating Class Member means a Class Member who does not submit a valid and timely Request for Exclusion from the Settlement.

  • Settlement Class Members means a member of a Settlement Class.

  • Group 2 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 1 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group II Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class Member means a member of the Class.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Subordinate Class Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Group I Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 3 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Initial Class Certificate Balance As to each Class of Certificates, the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Non-Participating Class Member means any Class Member who opts out of the Settlement by sending the Administrator a valid and timely Request for Exclusion.

  • Group 1 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class M Certificates Any of the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5 and Class M-6 Certificates.

  • Group 2 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
