Group 1 Classes definition

Group 1 Classes. As specified in the Prospectus Supplement. Group 1 SMBS: As specified in the Prospectus Supplement. Group 2 Classes: As specified in the Prospectus Supplement. Group 2 SMBS: As specified in the Prospectus Supplement. Group 3 Classes: As specified in the Prospectus Supplement. Group 3 SMBS: As specified in the Prospectus Supplement.
Group 1 Classes. All Group 1 Certificates whose form is identical except for (i) variations in the Percentage Interest evidenced thereby and (ii) in the case of the Class 1-A Certificates and Class 1-B Certificates, variations in Subclass designation and other Subclass characteristics.

  • All beneficial owners of the Group 1 Classes hereby covenant that each such owner will agree to treat the agreement contained in this Section 3.08(a) (the “Group 1 Sequential Class Interest Rate Cap Contract”) as a notional principal contract for all federal income tax purposes.
