• Distributions in reduction of the Principal Balance of certain Classes of Class A Certificates may not commence on the first Distribution Date specified above.

• Distributions of principal will be allocated among the Classes of Class A Certificates in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.

Classes have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
