Group 2 Portion. With respect to any date of determination, the portion of the Class Principal Balance of Group C-B Subordinate Certificates related to Loan Group 2, which shall be equal to the excess of the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans over the sum of the Class Principal Balances of the Group 2 Certificates and the Group 15-B Subordinate Certificates as of such date of determination.
