Group 2 Priority Amount. For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Group 2 Scheduled Principal Distribution Amount, (B) the Shift Percentage and (C) the Group 2 Priority Percentage and (ii) the product of (A) the Group 2 Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount, (B) the Shift Percentage and (C) the Group 2 Priority Percentage.
Group 2 Priority Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the Class Certificate Balances of the Class 2-A-4 Certificates and (ii) the product of (A) the Shift Percentage, (B) the Group 2 Priority Percentage and (C) the Non-PO Principal Amount for Loan Group 2.
Group 2 Priority Amount. For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group 2 Priority Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group 2, (ii) the Group 2 Priority Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group 2 and (iii) the Group 2 Liquidation Amount.

Group 2 Priority Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date and the Class 2-A1 Certificates, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the sum of (x) the product of the Group 2 Percentage for such date, the Shift Percentage for such date and the Scheduled Principal Amount for Collateral Group 2 for such date and (y) the product of the Group 2 Percentage for such date, the Shift Percentage for such date and the Unscheduled Principal Amount for Collateral Group 2 for such date, and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class 2-A2 Certificates immediately prior to such date.
Group 2 Priority Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Senior Percentage for the Group 2 Certificates, (B) the Scheduled Principal Distribution Amount for Collateral Allocation Group 2, (C) the Aggregate II Shift Percentage and (D) the Group 2 Priority Percentage and (ii) the product of (A) the Senior Prepayment Percentage for the Group 2 Certificates, (B) the Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount for Collateral Allocation Group 2, (C) the Aggregate II Prepayment Shift Percentage and (D) the Group 2 Priority Percentage.

Group 2 Priority Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 2-A-1 Certificates and (ii)(A) the product of (a) the available Senior Principal Distribution Amount for Loan Group 2, (b) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Group 2 Senior Certificates (but not the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 2-A-8 Certificates) immediately prior to such Distribution Date, (c) the Shift Percentage and (d) the Group 2 Priority Percentage, divided by (B) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Group 2 Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Group 2 Priority Amount. For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the less of (i) the product of (A) 98% and (B) the Available Principal Funds from the Class 2-A-1 Deposited Underlying Certificates for that Distribution Date and (ii) the product of (A) the Available Principal Funds from the Class 2-A-1 Deposited Underlying Certificates for that Distribution Date, (B) the Shift Percentage and (C) the Group 2 Priority Percentage.

  • Priority Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount equal to the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Scheduled Principal Distribution Amount, (B) the Shift Percentage and (C) the Priority Percentage and (ii) the product of (A) the Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount, (B) the Shift Percentage and (C) the Priority Percentage.

  • Class A Principal Parity Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (I) the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate remaining principal balance of the Class A Notes immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the end of the immediately preceding Collection Period and (II) the amount of Total Available Funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account after the funding of the items described in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 5.7(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group II Cap With respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans as of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates then in effect on the beginning of the related Due Period on the Group II Mortgage Loans and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the Interest Accrual Period related to such Distribution Date.

The Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer and the Operating Advisor (other than with respect to any Collateral Deficiency Amount calculations that the Operating Advisor is required to review, recalculate and/or verify pursuant to Section 3.29) shall be entitled to conclusively rely on the Special Servicer’s calculation or determination of any Collateral Deficiency Amount.

  • Collateral Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Collateral Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Available Funds Cap Any of the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap, the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap or the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap.

  • First Priority Principal Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Class A Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to any principal payments made on the Class A Notes on such preceding Distribution Date) over (ii) the Aggregate Receivables Principal Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period.

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.

  • Aggregate Noteholders’ Priority Principal Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the First Priority Principal Distributable Amount, (ii) the Second Priority Principal Distributable Amount, (iii) the Third Priority Principal Distributable Amount and (iv) the Fourth Priority Principal Distributable Amount, each as of such Distribution Date.
