Group Financial Statements definition

Group Financial Statements has the meaning given in Section 2.4(c).
Group Financial Statements means a consolidated statement of financial position for a group of companies as at that statement date, together with any notes or documents relating to the statement of financial position or income statement, including a statement of accounting policies;
Group Financial Statements means financial statements that include or should include financial information of more than one component by means of consolidation procedures or equity accounting methods. It may also mean a combination of components’ financial information or an equivalent presentation.

  • There has been no material adverse change in the consolidated financial position of the Borrower Group (taken as a whole) since the date of the Original Borrower Group Financial Statements which would or is reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

The term “group financial statements” also refers to combined financial information aggregating the financial information of components in circumstances where there is no parent.
