Group I Master Servicing Fee definition

Group I Master Servicing Fee. With respect to each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount payable (or allocable) to the Master Servicer equal to the product of one-twelfth of the Group I Master Servicing Fee Rate and the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of Group I on the first day of the Due Period preceding such Master Servicer Remittance Date.
Group I Master Servicing Fee. With respect to each "Group II Master Servicing Fee": With respect to Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount payable (or each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount payable allocable) to the Master Servicer equal to the product of (or allocable) to the Master Servicer equal to the one-twelfth of the Group I Master Servicing Fee Rate and product of one-twelfth of the Group II Master Servicing the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of Group I on Fee Rate and the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance the first day of the Due Period preceding such Master of Group II on the first day of the Due Period Servicer Remittance Date. preceding such Master Servicer Remittance Date.
Group I Master Servicing Fee. As to each Group I Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s compensation at the Group I Master Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such Group I Mortgage Loan as of the preceding Distribution Date (or as of the Closing Date in the case of the first Distribution Date) or, in the event of any payment of interest which accompanies a Principal Prepayment in Full made by the Mortgagor, compensation at the Group I Master Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such Group I Mortgage Loan for the period covered by such payment of interest.

  • In connection with such appointment and assumption, the Trustee may make such arrangements for the compensation of such successor out of payments on Group I Mortgage Loans as it and such successor shall agree; provided, however, that in no event shall the Group I Master Servicing Fee paid to such successor master servicer exceed that paid to the Group I Master Servicer hereunder.

Related to Group I Master Servicing Fee

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Class A Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Primary Servicing Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, the fee payable to the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c)(20) of this Agreement.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Backup Servicing Fee means, as to each Distribution Date, $4,000; provided, however, that if the Backup Servicer becomes the successor Servicer, such fee shall no longer be paid.

  • Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Investor Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of the Investor Servicing Fee Percentage and the Series Investor Interest on the first day of the Due Period related to such Distribution Date (or in the case of the first Distribution Date for the Series established hereby, the Series Initial Investor Interest).

  • Supplemental Servicing Fees means any and all (i) late fees, (ii) extension fees, (iii) non-sufficient funds charges and (iv) any and all other administrative fees or similar charges allowed by applicable law with respect to any Receivable.

  • Master Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Amount With respect to each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in the Collection Account (including any amount in any Serviced A/B Loan Combination Custodial Account allocable to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan in the related Serviced A/B Loan Combination) as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from the Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a)(I), and (vi) any amounts deposited in the Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.
