Group II Pool definition

Group II Pool. The pool of adjustable rate Mortgage Loans identified in the related Schedule of Mortgage Loans as having been assigned to Group II, including any Qualified Replacement Mortgages delivered in replacement thereof and assigned to Group II.
Group II Pool. Balance (Non-PO Portion): As of any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts for each Group II Mortgage Loan that is an Outstanding Mortgage Loan of the product of (i) the Non-PO Fraction for such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan.

Examples of Group II Pool in a sentence

  • Any Reimbursement Amount remaining after the application described in the preceding sentence shall be included in the Group I Pool Distribution Amount or Group II Pool Distribution Amount, as applicable.

  • If the Company and the Servicer both desire to exercise the option in clause (ii) of this paragraph on any Remittance Date after the first Remittance Date on which the sum of the Group I Pool Scheduled Principal Balance and the Group II Pool Scheduled Principal Balance is less than 10% of the Combined Total Original Contract Pool Principal Balance, the Servicer shall have the prior right to exercise such option.

  • Any Reimbursement Amount remaining after the application described in the preceding sentence shall be included in the Group I Pool Distribution Amount, Group II Pool Distribution Amount or Group III Pool Distribution Amount, as applicable.

  • The right of the Master Servicer to elect to purchase Group II Mortgage Loans pursuant to this clause (a) shall be conditioned upon the Group II Pool Principal Balance, at the time of any such purchase, aggregating less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate Cut-off Date Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • The Master Servicing Fee payable to the Master Servicer on each Monthly Servicing Payment Date in accordance with Sections 4.07 and 5.05(b)(ii) and (c)(ii) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement shall be equal to 0.0416666% (0.50% on an annualized basis) (the “Master Servicing Fee Percentage”) of the Group I and Group II Pool Balance, respectively, as of the last day of the preceding calendar month (the “Master Servicing Fee”).

  • The aggregate principal amounts payable by Obligors under the Group II Contracts as of the Cut-Off Date (including scheduled principal payments due on or after the Cut-Off Date but paid prior to the Cut-Off Date) equal or exceed the Cut-Off Date Group II Pool Balance.

  • As to any Remittance ---------------------------------------------- Date the amount, if any, by which the sum of the Class II A Principal Balance and the Class II B Principal Balance for such Remittance Date exceeds the Group II Pool Scheduled Principal Balance for such Remittance Date, in each case, after giving effect to all distributions on the Certificates on account of principal on such Remittance Date (exclusive of the related Guarantee Payment, if any).

  • The Master Servicing Fee payable to the Master Servicer on each Monthly Servicing Payment Date in accordance with Sections 4.07 and 5.05(b), (c)(X)(1) and (c)(Y)(1) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement shall be equal to 0.0416666% (0.50% on an annualized basis) (the “Master Servicing Fee Percentage”) of the Group I and Group II Pool Balance, respectively, as of the last day of the preceding calendar month (the “Master Servicing Fee”).

  • The Distribution Date following the Due Period at the end of which the sum of the Group I Pool Balance and Group II Pool Balance is less than 10% of the sum of the Cut-Off Date Pool Balance for each Loan Group.

  • The right of the Depositor to purchase all of the Group II Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 9.01 hereof shall be conditioned upon the Group II Pool Balance being less than $69,926,816.36 (10% of the Cut-Off Date Loan Group II Aggregate Principal Balance) at the time of any such purchase.

  • Loan Group III The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group III.

  • Loan Group II Cap With respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans as of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates then in effect on the beginning of the related Due Period on the Group II Mortgage Loans and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the Interest Accrual Period related to such Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group II The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group II.

  • Loan Group I Cap With respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans as of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates then in effect on the beginning of the related Due Period on the Group I Mortgage Loans and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the Interest Accrual Period related to such Distribution Date.

  • Group III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Loan Group IV The group of Mortgage Loans comprised of the Group IV Loans.

  • Loan Group I The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group I.

  • Group II Loans The Mortgage Loans designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group II Loans.

  • Loan Group 5 The Group 5 Mortgage Loans.

  • Group II The pool of Mortgage Loans identified in the related Schedules of Mortgage Loans as having been assigned to Group II, including any Qualified Replacement Mortgages delivered in replacement thereof and each Subsequent Mortgage Loan delivered to the Trust for inclusion therein.

  • Loan Group 1 All Mortgage Loans identified as Loan Group 1 Mortgage Loans on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Group II Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group 2 The Group 2 Mortgage Loans.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Group II Stepdown Date The later to occur of (i) the Distribution Date in [Month/Year] or (ii) the first Distribution Date on which (A) the Group II Class A Certificate Principal Balance (reduced by the Group II Principal Funds with respect to such Distribution Date) is less than or equal to (B) ___% of the Stated Principal Balances of the Group II Mortgage Loans plus the Pre-Funded Amount allocable to Loan Group II, in each case, as of such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Available Funds As defined in Section 7.3(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Group II Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Loan Group 4 The Group 4 Mortgage Loans.

  • Group II Senior Percentage For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (exclusive of the Class II-P Fraction thereof, with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan), in each case immediately before such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Loan Group Any of Loan Group 1 or Loan Group 2, as applicable.

  • Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Mortgage Pool The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.
