Group Site definition

Group Site or “Group Site food vending” means the stationary operation of two (2) or more food vending facilities clustered together on a single site and operating at the same time.
Group Site means those Sites designated as such in Schedule “B”;
Group Site as used in this rule means a fee site, designated non-fee site, or any other site designated by the Managing Agencies as a group site. Group sites shall be designated for use by nine persons or more, up to the maximum site capacity as designated by the Managing Agencies. Where no maximum capacity is designated, the maximum capacity shall be the maximum group size for the river segment.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
