Group V Collection Account definition

Group V Collection Account has the meaning specified in Section 4.6(a) hereof.

  • The proceeds from the sale of the Series 2010-1 Notes (or the initial Increase, as applicable), together with any funds deposited with RCFC by DTAG in its capacity as the Retained Interestholder in connection with such issuance, will, on the Series 2010-1 Closing Date, be deposited by the Trustee into the Group V Collection Account and, concurrently with such initial deposit, allocated by the Trustee to the Series 2010-1 Excess Funding Account.
