Grower Payables means all amounts owed from time to time by the Company to any Person on account of the purchase price of agricultural products or services (including poultry and livestock) if the Agent reasonably determines that such Person is entitled to the benefits of any grower’s lien, statutory trust or similar security arrangements to secure the payment of any amounts owed to such Person.
