Growth Capital Loan definition

Growth Capital Loan means any Loan requested by Borrower and funded by Lender under its Commitment for general corporate purposes of Borrower.
Growth Capital Loan means a Loan duly executed and delivered by an Obligor to the Borrower in order to finance any business operations and general corporate activities, and, in each case, which is secured by a Lien on substantially all assets of such Obligor.
Growth Capital Loan is a loan made by Lender pursuant to the terms of Section 2.1.1 hereof.

Growth Capital Loan is a loan arrangement entered into by and among Borrower, Bank and Gold Hill Venture Lending 03, L.P. as of even date hereof pursuant to a certain Loan and Security Agreement (Growth Capital Loan), as amended from lime to time.
