Growth means the rating a school will receive based on longitudinally matched student data comparing current performance to the previous year’s for the purpose of determining student academic growth.
SME growth market means a MTF that is registered as an SME growth market in accordance with Article 35;
Solutions means Products and Services provided under this “CPE Products & Services; Professional Services” Section.
Urban growth areas means those areas designated
Electric bicycle means a “class 1 electric bicycle”, a “class 2 electric bicycle”, or a “class 3 electric bicycle” as defined in this section. (ORC 4511.01(RRR))

Topcoat means a coating that is applied over a primer on an aerospace vehicle or component for appearance, identification, camouflage, or protection. Topcoats that are defined as specialty coatings are not included under this definition.
Student growth percentile means a specific metric for measuring individual student progress on Statewide assessments by tracking how much a student’s test scores have changed relative to other students Statewide with similar scores in previous years.
Plastics means synthetic materials chemically formed by the polymerization of organic (carbon-based) substances. Plastics are usually compounded with modifiers, extenders, and/or reinforcers and are capable of being molded, extruded, cast into various shapes and films or drawn into filaments.
Networks the Local Area Network, network equipment, computer systems, and local cable infrastructure, at the Sites, to which the Service will be connected. “Installation Fee” – the combined charge for the survey, equipment and the Installation Service, including excess construction charges, as specified on the Service Agreement or other amended documentation following site survey.
Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

Security Company means an entity which provides or purports to provide the transport of Property by secure means, including, without limitation, by use of armored vehicles or guards.
Hydroelectric energy means water used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.
Student Growth means the change in Student Achievement data for an individual student between two points in time. Growth may also include other measures that are rigorous and comparable across classrooms.
Touch-up coating means a coating used to cover minor coating imperfections appearing after the main coating operation.
Lifeguard means a person defined in paragraph (5) of subdivision (d) of Section 241.
BMC has the meaning assigned thereto in the Recitals hereof.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
