Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.
own funds means the sum of Tier 1 capital and Tier 2 capital;
Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.
Subsidy Funds With respect to any Subsidy Loans, funds contributed by the employer of a Mortgagor in order to reduce the payments required from the Mortgagor for a specified period in specified amounts.
Cash Advances These are from cash advances and cash equivalent transactions you make with your account. “Special Offers” These are from your use of the account to take advantage of special, introductory, or promotional offers we make available to you at times. Each such transaction may be kept track of separately on your statement and may be treated as its own Balance Category.
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).
Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.
Cash Advance Fees shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for cash advance fees or similar terms.
Financing Accounts means, collectively, the Credit Account and the Grant Account (or, where the context so requires, either of the Credit Account or the Grant Account).”
Mezzanine Investments means debt Securities (including convertible debt Securities (other than the “in-the-money” equity component thereof)) and Preferred Stock in each case (a) issued by public or private issuers, (b) issued without registration under the Securities Act, (c) not issued pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act (or any successor provision thereunder), (d) that are not Cash Equivalents and (e) contractually subordinated in right of payment to other debt of the same issuer.
Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).
Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Fresh Funds means funds that:
Cash Advance means the amount requested by you and advanced to you by any method approved by us according to the terms of this Agreement in cash or cash equivalent items (including, but not limited to, money orders, travelers checks, lottery tickets, casino chips, vouchers redeemable for cash, or racetrack xxxxxx).
Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.
Cash Advance Fee means a cash advance fee or similar fee that is charged to an Account under the related Credit Card Agreement.
Clearing Account Agreement means that certain agreement relating to clearing account services by and among Mortgage Borrower, Lender and Clearing Account Bank, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, relating to the operation and maintenance of, and application of funds in, the Clearing Account.
Disbursement Account means any Deposit Account maintained by Borrower with a financial institution for the purpose of receiving and disbursing the proceeds of Loans made pursuant hereto.
Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Buydown Funds Any amount contributed by the seller of a Mortgaged Property, the Company or other source in order to enable the Mortgagor to reduce the payments required to be made from the Mortgagor's funds in the early years of a Mortgage Loan. Buydown Funds are not part of the Trust Fund prior to deposit into the Custodial or Certificate Account.
Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement executed and delivered by Company and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XXIII annexed hereto, as such Collateral Account Agreement may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
Lockbox Account Agreement means any replacement agreement therefor among the Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Lockbox Bank.
