GSE Trust definition

GSE Trust means a trust established by a GSE which holds such GSE’s Custodial Receipts.
GSE Trust has the meaning attributed thereto in Recital II of this Agreement. Confidential Treatment Requested Pursuant to 17 C.F.R. Section 200.83 “GAM” has the meaning attributed thereto in Recital III to this Agreement.
