GUC CVI means CVI in the notional face amount equal to the Unsecured Claims Pool minus the sum of the (a) the amount of the Avoidance Action Proceeds as of the Effective Date and (b) face of amount of the GUC New Bonds.
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711–1715.
DTMB means the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Sludge dryer means any enclosed thermal treatment device that is used to dehydrate sludge and that has a maximum total thermal input, excluding the heating value of the sludge itself, of 2,500 Btu/lb of sludge treated on a wet-weight basis.
MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.
Cartridge filter means a discrete filter unit containing one or more disposable cartridges that contain both filter paper and activated carbon which trap and remove contaminants from the cleaning solvent.

Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.

Commercial solid waste means all types of solid waste generated by stores, offices, restaurants, warehouses, and other nonmanufacturing activities, excluding residential and industrial wastes.
CRP means a research or other program for coordinated implementation of the SRF by the Centers and other CGIAR Doers submitted by the Consortium that has been approved by the Fund Council, most of which are expected to be proposed by the Consortium and approved by the Fund Council as eligible to receive Window 2 subaccount funding (formerly MPs).
Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.
CDBG-DR means the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery program.
PPPFA means the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000.
Wedge filter means a filter which effects continuous change in transmission over all or a part of the useful beam.
NEC Electronics as used in this statement means NEC Electronics Corporation and also includes its majority-owned subsidiaries.
Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;
Hard cider means the same as that term is defined in 26 U.S.C. Sec. 5041.
