GUC Trust Deed of Trust definition

GUC Trust Deed of Trust means the deed of trust to be executed and delivered on or prior to the Effective Date providing for, among other things, the distribution of the General Unsecured Claims Recovery to the Holders of Claims in the Unsecured Claims Pool.
