H1 Bidder definition

H1 Bidder or “Selected Bidder” means the Qualified Bidder who is eligible to participate in the Forward auction and has submitted the highest Final Price Offer at the conclusion of the Forward auction.
H1 Bidder means the bidder who have quoted the highest price
H1 Bidder means the bidder who has quoted the highest price.

Examples of H1 Bidder in a sentence

  • The Special terms and Condition documents and all communications to the successful H1 Bidder form part of this agreement.

  • Winning Bid/ Auction Confirmation Winning (H1) Bidder will be notified on email and Registered Mobile number.

  • However, H1 Bidder (whose price bid is the highest post techno-commercial evaluation) shall not be allowed to participate in further RA process provided minimum three techno- commercially qualified bids are available.
