H1 Bidder definition

H1 Bidder or “Selected Bidder” means the Qualified Bidder who is eligible to participate in the Forward auction and has submitted the highest Final Price Offer at the conclusion of the Forward auction.
H1 Bidder means the bidder who has quoted the highest price.

  • Such interest amount will be considered to be reasonable pre-estimate of the damages that BSNL will suffer on account of late payment by the H-1 Bidder.

  • Based on evaluation of Proposals for each of the 3 zones, DTIDCL shall declare the H1 Bidder as the Preferred Bidder for each of the three zones.

  • The employer will award the contract to the H1 Bidder whose bid has been determined to be responsive to the bidding documents and who has offered the Highest Discounted Bid Price, provided that such bidder has been determined to be (a) eligible in accordance with the provisions of Clause No 2.3 and (b) qualified in accordance with the provisions of clause No.2.4.

Related to H1 Bidder

  • Tenderer/Bidder means the firm or Company (hereinafter called Tenderer/ Bidder) who duly submits the tender after accepting all the terms & conditions of the tender document.

  • Designated Bidder means (a) an Eligible Assignee or (b) a special purpose corporation that is engaged in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and that issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least "Prime-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by Xxxxx'x or "A-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by S&P that, in the case of either clause (a) or (b), (i) is organized under the laws of the United States or any State thereof, (ii) shall have become a party hereto pursuant to Section 8.07(d), (e) and (f) and (iii) is not otherwise a Lender.

  • Selected Bidder or “Successful Bidder” shall mean the Bidder selected pursuant to this RfS to set up the Project and supply electrical output as per the terms of standard PPA.

  • Selected Bidder or Successful Bidder means the Bidder selected pursuant to this RfS to set up the Project and supply electrical output as per the terms of PPA.

  • BC Bid means the BC Bid website located at www.bcbid.ca;

  • Successful Bidder As defined in Section 7.01(c).

  • Winning Bidder With respect to a Successful Auction, the Qualified Bidder that bids the highest price.

  • Price Bid means the Price Bid submitted by the Bidder, in accordance with Clause 8.15.2;

  • Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Buy Bid means a bid to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • Interested Bidder means any person or persons who have submitted the Request Letter for Participation along with signed Bid Form, notarized affidavit, signed Declaration, requisite Earnest Money and other necessary documents to complete the eligibility check formalities to the satisfaction of the Liquidator.

  • Eligible Bidder(s) means Bidder(s) who are eligible in terms of this E-Auction Process Memorandum, provisions of IBC and provisions of the Liquidation Process Regulations;

  • Resident bidder means a bidder that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in this state during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding submission of the bid, has a business address in this state and has stated in the bid whether the bidder is a “resident bidder” under this paragraph.

  • Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;

  • Responsive Bidder or Offeror means a person who submits a bid or proposal which conforms in all material respects to the invitation for bids or request for proposals.
