Habitable Dwelling definition

Habitable Dwelling means any structure or part thereof that shall be used as a home or place of abode by one or more persons.
Habitable Dwelling means any single or two-family residence, garage, building, structure, trailer, vehicle or portion thereof where persons dwell, reside, are employed, or congregate and which is occupied in part or whole on a permanent or temporary basis.

Habitable Dwelling means a structure designed as a dwelling to accommodate people including residences, cottages and cabins, but not including accessory structures such as sheds and storage buildings or storage areas.
