Habitat Quantification Tool definition

Habitat Quantification Tool refers to a method, user guide and calculator used to measure habitat conditions relevant to greater sage-grouse, and which determined the credits generated from this Credit Project. New versions of the Habitat Quantification Tool are released periodically, typically annually, as a result of a continual improvement process. This Credit Project used and fully complies with version ___ of the Habitat Quantification Tool, and all references to the Habitat Quantification Tool in this Contract refer to the aforementioned version.
Habitat Quantification Tool means the scientific method used to evaluate vegetation and
Habitat Quantification Tool. (“HQT”) for the Covered Species means a set of science-based metrics and calculations used to quantify the quality of existing habitat conditions for a species, and quantify changes to these conditions either due to impacts to the Covered Habitat or conservation actions. See Exhibit B.
